Co-op is also usually more affordable than personal training sessions with just you and the coach. During co-op training you and partner will receive instruction on healthy lifestyle changes and habits as well as obtain a meal plan made to fit your needs and goals. You’ll also be able to obtain optimal results safely and effectively in a co-op setting while receiving motivation and accountability. 

At the beginning of each training program, you and your partner will undergo a fitness test to identify your weak points, measure your body, and test your body fat. This will help your trainer understand your starting point as well as better measure your progress over time. This also helps your trainer to create training exercises and workouts that will benefit you the most and help you achieve your fitness goals that will last. Not only will the personalized exercises benefit your body and mind the most, but it can also help prevent you and your partner from overdoing it and potentially getting injured. 

Our co-op training sessions begin with stretching exercises to help your body warm up and with flexibility. Your coach will then guide both of you throughout your customized exercises and meal plans. During your workouts, your coach will critique and also correct to prevent injury and ensure your learning and performing properly. Our coach is also effective at teaching you and your partner strategies to push through difficult workouts and exercises and maintain your motivation.
