Our Group Training Program

Group TrainingAt Q-Fit Training Zone, we have constructed a group training program to primarily promote strength, endurance, and fat loss. Our workouts utilize traditional exercise in addition to cutting edge techniques that prove to be most effective and fun. Group training can help you reach your fitness goals even faster than working out solo. It can be easy to feel like working out is just another item on the list and be tempted to skip it day after day. If this is a situation you find yourself in often, group training may be just what you need to get motivated and stay accountable. 

Save Big in Small Groups

Nothing is worse than spending money week after week on training sessions and various workouts, just to find yourself not attending. Group training is a great way to get your exercise in and enjoy your time with friends to get your moneys worth every session. Group training at Q-FIT is exclusive as there is a 12 person cap per group. This allows your coach to pay more attention to the group and make modifications when necessary. Our goal is to ensure you have a good time and receive a well rounded workout with every session with our trainers. Working together to acheive your goals.

Every group training session varies to ensure a unique experience is made at every visit. The duration of these sessions are about 30-40 minutes per workout and is suitable for most people, ages 16 – 55 years old. No matter what your current fitness level is, our group training sessions are a great option to give every person with varying starting points a good workout. Group training sessions usually take place Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of every week- excluding holidays.

Knowing what to expect when you come in for a workout can help with your motivation and avoid any intimidation you might be having. Our trainers are here to help you, not to judge you. Each week consists of upper body, lower body, and core body workouts rotating day by day; to ensure you receive a well rounded workout routine every time. We usually like to begin workouts with dynamic stretching to wake up and warm up. Stretching also helps you and your body to remain safe during your workout and avoid any injuries; it is also a huge step to improving mobility. Your coach will then guide your entire group through a unique workout. Coaching involves demonstrating routines, critiquing technique, driving motivation, and modifying challenging situations.

Safety in Numbers 

Having help from a certified personal trainer can not only ensure you receive a well rounded workout during each session, but they can also help with safety. It is very easy to perform exercises improperly and this can cause injury, which may be very unmotivating in the long run. A personal trainer will leader your small group safely through:

  • Nutritional and lifestyle advice and changes
  • Providing correct exercise form
  • Cool down, warm up, and stretching exercises
  • Using equipment properly 

Learning the proper way to workout and perform exercises can be the difference between experiencing injuries, or seeing great results from all your hard work. The choice is simple.
